In Pre-K at Faith Community Christian School,&nbsp; it is our goal to create an environment where children can grow and develop physically, socially, emotionally, academically and spiritually.&nbsp; &nbsp;We want each child to feel successful and reach their fullest potential no matter where their individual level is.<div><br></div><div>Our<b> four year old</b> Pre-K class provides a socially and educationally stimulating, safe and fun environment.&nbsp; We foster and encourage our little learners to communicate, collaborate, create and think critically. We provide a hands-on, interactive learning experience that we hope will cultivate a desire to learn that will last a lifetime.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Your child will be guided through an engaging, fun , developmentally appropriate and challenging curriculum with a particular focus on math, science, art, creative expression, pre-writing and reading readiness. We also incorporate cooking, technology and STEM.&nbsp; We work on the fine motor skills necessary to succeed in&nbsp; kindergarten, such as cutting with scissors, beading, gluing and more.&nbsp; We will work with your child to help them develop their social and listening skills with daily opportunities to work as a team to accomplish a task.&nbsp; We have show-and-tell once a week to allow children to express themselves and to practice public speaking.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>We provide plenty of toys and imaginative "free-play" time for children to socialize and problem-solve with their peers.&nbsp; We take monthly field trips that include, the library, field-house, Fire department, Police department and DIPAC.&nbsp; We have recess and snack everyday.&nbsp; On Monday, Wednesday and Friday we have P.E. and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we offer Music.&nbsp; On Wednesdays,</div><div>we join the rest of school for Chapel which includes a Bible lesson and fun and engaging worship music.</div><div><br></div><div>All students are welcome regardless of whether or not they have any prior preschool experience.&nbsp; That's what we are here for, that's our job, that's our passion and we love what we do!&nbsp; Come join us!</div><div><br></div><div>**Keep in mind, students must turn four by August 15th to be a part of our Pre-K class.**</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
